Our Pasture Raised Lamb Shanks are best slow cooked for a casserole or baked in the oven. A versatile meat that is also great in a curry or served with a red wine sauce. Sourced from a local farm in Pittsworth on the Darling Downs, our lamb is antibiotic and hormone free.
We recommend allowing one shank per person for smaller appetites and two shanks for larger appetites.
You will receive approx. 2 - 3 shanks per kg.
Slow cook your lamb shanks in a casserole for four hours or oven bake (covered) for four hours on 140 degrees Celsius.
