Our Pancetta, also known as cured and cold smoked pork belly is a nice alternative to bacon in hot dishes, for adding flavour to pasta and risotto or served with eggs for breakfast. Pancetta is best when thinly sliced or diced.
Crafted in the Byron Bay hinterland, our range of salami is made from ethically grown Australian free range pork.
Our Pancetta can be purchased pre-packed as a 100g portion.
