Our Peppercorn & Juniper Berry Lonza - Cured & Aged Pork Loin (also known as Lonza) is cured in a sea salt rub with black peppercorns and juniper berries and then aged. Cured and Aged Pork Loin is similar in flavour and texture to prosciutto.
Prepared by removing the natural casing and slicing thinly. A great option for platters and a nice accompaniment to a bold red wine.
Crafted in the Byron Bay hinterland, our range of salami is made from ethically grown Australian free range pork.
Our Lonza can be purchased pre-packed as a 100g portion. You will receive approximately 26 - 30 slices per 100g.
