Our Sea Salt & Black Pepper Guanciale - Cured Pork Cheek (also known as Guanciale) is one of the tastiest cuts of pork. The cheek requires the rind to be removed and then thinly sliced whilst cold.
It forms the basis of many dishes including pasta alla carbonara, or combines nicely with tomatoes, basil, and mozarella to make a classic bruschetta. A chilled Prosecco is a nice accompaniment to Cured Pork Cheek.
Crafted in the Byron Bay hinterland, our range of salami is made from ethically grown Australian free range pork.
