Product Description
Our Chorizo is a semi-dried and fermented Spanish-style sausage. It is best served cooked so that the smoked paprika infuses with the pork.Chorizo can be scored and served whole on its own, added to sauces, pasta, rice dishes, or pan-seared with garlic prawns and served with crusty bread.
Our Chorizo can be purchased pre-packed as a 100g portion.
