We have made having Brisket at home easy. We have taken all the work and time out for what is a long process so you can enjoy iron bark smoked Brisket in less than 1hr. All you need to do is heat and serve with sides of you choice. Better yet we have many sides and BBQ sauces available for you in the Paddock to make you life even easier.
1. Bring pot of water to simmer
2. Add Brisket in the bag to the water and let simmer for 45 mins or until internal temperature is above 60c
3. Remove bag from water and place on tray or wire rack
4. Remove from bag
5. An Optional step if you would like to add a glaze and place on oven to add some extra flavor.
6. Carve and serve with your choice of sides and sauce
