The Paddock Butchery’s BBQ Crew has been smoking meats since launching many years back. They have perfected the Ironbark smoked Beef Brisket & Pork Ribs + sides to complement. This is a great option to serve high quality meats and restaurant quality fresh sides in convenient way for any occasion.

The menu listed can be scaled up or down to suit the quantities needed for your next catering event. We can supply hot (for no extra charge as a convenience *conditions apply) or chilled.
