Product Description
The Tramontina Churrasco Black Brisket Slicer 12 Inch is FSC certified. Made from a blackened stainless steel blade and wooden handle, it's ideal for slicing and portioning large pieces of meat for your barbeque. In addition, the blade has grooves that reduce the friction between the meat and the blade.
The handle has also been anatomically designed, which makes it more comfortable to use.
Please note this knife is not dishwasher safe.
