Product Description
Coolibah Hills Honey is made from 100% pure honey, no additives - just filtered to remove beeswax, pollen and propolis.It is unheated, raw and hand-crafted. The colour and flavour of Coolibah Hills Honey is seasonally distinctive, depending on which trees and shrubs their bees source their pollen and nectar from.
You may notice the honey appears 'candied'. Candying is a natural process in 100% pure honey. It can be re-liquified by placing the jar into hot water and allowing to sit for several minutes.
Coolibah Honey is sourced from a local producer in Cambooya on the Darling Downs.
