Our Pasture Raised Boned & Rolled Lamb Leg has the bone removed and the meat rolled. It makes a great option for a roast lunch or dinner. Add some rosemary and garlic to enhance the flavour, and serve with a mint sauce or gravy.
Our lamb is sourced from a local farm in Pittsworth on the Darling Downs and is antibiotic and hormone free.
