Our Pasture Raised Pork Mince is lean, containing 99% pork meat with 1% fat. On it's own or added to beef or lamb mince, it makes a great ragu, sausage roll or even meatballs.
Sourced from our local farmer in Haden on the Darling Downs, they are a great all-rounder, but make sure you don't overcook them
